I have collected old Pokemon card decklists used in Japan since 2022.
This blog has decklists posted on X(Twitter) and blogs with the permission of the over 50 creative players.
There are some kinds of format called "Hall of Fame format" in this blog I collected.

Now,the title of each decklist describes the format as follows:
【新殿堂】 is New HoFF.
【高槻殿堂yyyymm】is Takatsuki HoFF.
* “yyyymm” is revised time.
【杉並殿堂yyyymm”】is Suginami HoFF.
**Currently, Suginami HoFF has been discontinued.
【ハレツー殿堂yyyymm】 is Hareruya-2 HoFF, that is enacted TCG shop at AKihabara,Tokyo.
【うずまき殿堂yyyymm】 is Uzumaki HoFF, that is enacted TCG shop at Namba, Osaka.
【無殿堂】is no limited formot called "base-neo".
